Refund & Return Policy
At The Cold Blanket, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team for processing.
Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed.
If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after it has been delivered, in accordance with our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at contact@thecoldblanket.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way to get it is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refunds – Go Green Initiative
As part of our commitment to reducing emissions and minimizing environmental impact, our refund policy follows a Go Green Initiative:
- 40% refund for eligible returned items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition
- 25% refund if the item has been used or opened
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
